*Laurentian Dental Centre strives to provide every patient with dental health for life. The long term success of the dentistry we provide for you depends upon the continuing home care of your teeth and gums, regular check-ups, and scheduled continuing care hygiene therapy visits.

Based on your individual, prescribed continuing care program, Laurentian Dental Centre is pleased to provide you with this exclusive dental warranty protection policy which is designed to help our patients maintain optimal oral health.

Laurentian Dental Centre warrants these comprehensive dental procedures for five years from the date of insertion. We will repair or replace them at no-charge to you if they break, are fractured, or deteriorate with normal use. (This warranty does not cover accidents that could also damage normal, healthy teeth.) You must keep your scheduled dental and hygiene appointments with the Laurentian Dental Centre (which will be discussed with you) during the term of this warranty period or this warranty shall be void.
